PAYMENT CONDITIONS
On all forward bookings a credit card
must be supplied or full payment within 7 days of making
the reservation.
All long term bookings require a 50%
deposit within 7 days of making the reservation and your
credit card details must also be supplied at this time.
The balance owing will be debited to your credit card
one month prior to your arrival. If booking is less than
a month in these times your credit card will debited the
full amount at the time of making the reservation.
REFUNDS - SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND ALL
LONG WEEK ENDS
* 31 days or more prior to arrival,
refund deposit less a $20.00 book keeping fee.
* 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, refund
deposit less 50% of the total tariff.
* 14 days or less - No refund
applicable.
ALL OTHER TIMES - 24 hours notice or
first night paid in full.
