BOOKING CONDITIONS

Arrival Time 2:00pm onwards Departure Time 10:00am

Extra person: $25 per person per night for any person over 3 years of age; under 3 years - no charge.

Cot Hire: $10.00 per day

Included In Rates for Cottages, Chalets and Villas

• Linen & towel change every 7th day, all linen supplied
• Complimentary starter kit,-tea coffee etc first day
• FREE In-House Movies

Rate Conditions

• Rates valid from 1st April - 31st March each year
• Rates subject to change without notice
• Bay Village Resort reserves the right to vary unit style, subject to availability

Extras For Cottages and Chalets

• Daily housemaid service extra $30.00 per day & Villa's $40.00 per day. Does not include washing dishes
• Extra person rate $25.00 per night for all persons over the age of 3 years
• Cot Hire $10.00 per night including bed linen
• High chair hire $10.00 per night

Booking Requirements

• Self-contained Cottages & Chalets - minimum 1 night stay excluding public & school holidays 
• Self-contained Villas - minimum 1 night stay excluding public & school holidays
• Public holidays & special event weekends Cottages, Chalets & Villas min. 2 nights & Easter 4 nights
• Christmas School Holidays Self-contained Cottages & Chalets: min. 7 nights
• Christmas & all School Holidays Self-contained Villas: min. 7 nights

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

On all forward bookings a credit card must be supplied or full payment within 7 days of making the reservation.  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD.

All long term bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days of making the reservation and your credit card details must also be supplied at this time. The balance owing will be debited  to your credit card one month prior to your arrival. If booking is less than a month in these times your credit card will debited the full amount at the time of making the reservation.

REFUNDS - SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND ALL LONG WEEK ENDS

* 31 days or more prior to arrival, refund deposit less a $20.00 book keeping fee.

* 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, refund deposit less 50% of the total tariff.

* 14 days or less - No refund applicable.

ALL OTHER TIMES - 24 hours notice or first night paid in full including early departure.

Refunds are direct deposited into your bank account, account details to be provided up on cancellation.

It is a condition of submission to Newsletter or Win Holiday competition or supplying your information on booking  that Bay Village Resort - Dunsborough and its affiliates and partners may use emails provided for marketing and information dissemination purposes in the future.
